Core strength and balance is fundamental to all physical activity, as is
a well supported spine and efficient stretching. Top athletes around the
world across many different disciplines have integrated Pilates into
their training programme.

Tring Pilates Studio works with many individual sportsmen and women
and local Sports Clubs.
We are always looking for new relationships. If you are a member of a local sports club you could be entitled to preferential rates.
